The short version.
VIP Chauffeur Dublin uses the information you choose to share to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange a journey. The website does not take payment or confirm a booking online. A booking is confirmed only after a human reply and your acceptance of the agreed price.
Please do not send card details, passwords, or other information that is not needed to plan the journey.
Information you may share.
- Contact details such as your name, phone number, and email address.
- Journey details such as pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, passenger and luggage counts, flight numbers, vehicle preferences, and notes you choose to include.
- Messages and replies sent through the contact channel you choose, including email, WhatsApp, or phone.
The booking form prepares a message for the selected contact channel. It does not create a booking record on this website.
Limited site measurement.
The site records a small set of privacy-safe events so its booking path can be improved. These events can include the event name, page path, device category, optional campaign labels, and simple indicators such as whether contact or trip details were present. The aggregate events are forwarded through the site's first-party endpoint to PostHog's EU endpoint in cookieless mode.
The event system deliberately does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, page titles, route text, or free-text form notes. To create a rotating, cookieless anonymous visit ID, the site's first-party endpoint forwards the request IP address and browser user-agent to PostHog's EU endpoint; they are used only as technical hash inputs for that purpose. Cloudflare may also process standard technical request data to host, protect, and measure the site.
The site does not use customer accounts or advertising profiles, and its own code does not set marketing cookies.
How to ask about your information.
For a privacy question or a request to access, correct, or delete information you have sent, email bookings@vipchauffeurdublin.com. Please include enough context to identify the enquiry, but do not resend sensitive information unnecessarily.
Information is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond to an enquiry, manage an agreed journey, meet applicable legal or accounting obligations, or resolve a dispute. The communication channel used for your enquiry may have its own retention and privacy terms.
This notice can change.
This notice describes the current static site and quote-first booking flow. It was last reviewed on 16 October 2026. If the site later adds online payment, accounts, advertising, or a server that stores booking submissions, this notice must be updated before that feature is used.
