Book Your Trip

Golf Tours

Driven between courses, not between taxis.

Collected at the airport, moved between courses and hotels, and returned for your flight home — with the tee sheet, luggage, and timing planned before the trip begins.

Built around the tee sheet

A golf itinerary handled with comfort, timing, and space in mind.

A golf trip is arranged as one continuous chauffeur itinerary rather than a string of ad hoc transfers. Airport arrival, course-to-course travel, hotel runs, any evening plans, and the final airport return are all priced and planned together, so the group stays focused on the golf rather than the logistics. Because the service is reserved around the full trip rather than each individual leg, waiting is included: a round that finishes late does not strand anyone, and a slow lunch afterwards does not create a new fare.

The BMW 745Le is a luxury saloon rather than a minibus — three passengers is the limit, and the boot is shared between golf clubs and other luggage. That is worth checking before anything is booked, not worked out at the kerb: send the number of players, the number of club sets, and your other luggage with the enquiry, and you get a straight answer on what fits. For a fourth, fifth, or sixth golfer, or a load the 745Le’s boot will not take, a Mercedes V-Class can be requested instead through the partner network, with room for a bigger group and their gear together.

Start from the shape of the trip

Two ways a golf trip usually runs, plus the option for a bigger group.

These are the shapes a golf trip commonly takes, not a fixed menu of packages — the actual plan is built from your own courses, hotels, and dates once you get in touch.

One base

Staying at one hotel, playing several rounds

The simplest shape: golfers based at a single hotel, with the car available for each round and any evenings out, plus the airport run at either end. No course-to-course transfers to plan — just the trip in and the trip home.

  • Airport run
  • Evening transfers
  • Return run

Touring itinerary

A course-to-course trip across several days

The other shape: several courses in different parts of the country, with hotels and transfers between them agreed as part of one itinerary — priced as full touring days across the trip.

  • Course-to-course transfers
  • Hotel transfers
  • Priced as full days

Bigger group

Four to six golfers travelling together

The BMW 745Le seats three in executive comfort. For a fourth, fifth, or sixth golfer — or where clubs and luggage will not fit alongside three passengers — a Mercedes V-Class can be requested instead through the partner network.

  • 4–6 golfers
  • Partner vehicle
  • On request

What a quote is built from

Four things that turn into a fixed price.

  1. Players & courses

How many golfers, and which courses and dates you have in mind.

  2. Clubs & luggage

Number of club sets and any other luggage — checked against the car before anything is booked, never assumed.

  3. Airports & hotels

Where the trip starts and ends, and the hotels in between if it runs across several days.

  4. A fixed price

Confirmed once the shape of the trip and what fits in the car are agreed — never an instant booking.

Golf tours, answered plainly.

Which golf courses do you cover?

Nationwide, by request — there is no fixed list of courses to choose from. Send the courses and dates you have in mind, and the trip is built around them.

How many players and how much gear actually fit in the car?

The BMW 745Le seats three, with the boot shared between golf clubs and other luggage — how much of each fits depends on your player, club, and luggage count, so it is confirmed against your enquiry rather than guessed in advance. Four to six golfers, or a group whose clubs and bags will not fit alongside three passengers, can request a Mercedes V-Class instead through the partner network.

Do you collect from the airport?

Yes — a golf trip can start and end with an airport collection, with course-to-course transfers, hotel runs, and the return journey planned as one itinerary.

Does the car wait at the course, or do we call it back?

The car stays with the group. Waiting through a round, and through any delay a round runs into, is included rather than charged as extra time.

Who books tee times, green fees, and hotels?

Tee times, green fees, caddies, and accommodation stay yours to book. Once they are arranged, the transfers between them — course to course, course to hotel, and the airport runs at either end — are what this covers.

How far ahead should a golf trip be planned?

There is no fixed minimum, but because the whole trip is planned as one joined-up itinerary, sending the players, courses, and rough dates as early as you have them gives the most room to plan around. A fixed price comes back once the shape of the trip is agreed.

Send the players, the clubs, and the courses.

A fixed price comes back for the whole trip, along with a clear answer on whether the clubs and bags fit — confirmed before anything is booked, never estimated in advance.
